David & Ross are extremely helpful and are always quick to answer questions if something comes up. Tracking has been extremely accurate for Google Ads & GA4.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Reached out to them 6 hours ago and still have not heard anything back. Their app broke our site and they will not respond.

Good product, Great support. Cornelia is always helpful, even when she is very busy. When she has to research a problem, she follows through and gets answers. I have had the same experience with other support personnel as well. Lastly, it is refreshing to talk to a someone offering support that can actually answer technical questions!
